An annual registration fee is due once a year at the time of registration. The registration fee is $30.00 per student. Families with more than one child registering will only be charged an extra $15.00 per sibling.
Tuition is based on a 36-week curriculum which can be paid in an Annual Payment or Session Payment. Tuition is based on the number of hours taken by the student each week. Each session contains 9 weeks of classes. Some sessions run longer due to holidays, but still contain 9 full weeks of classes. Once you determine the number of hours the dancer will be attending each week, you can use the chart below to determine the payment you prefer.
Danceline LA does offer a trial class for new students before registering to make sure the class is a good fit. Trial classes for a 45 min class is $19.00 and for an 1 hour classes is $22.00. Please call in advance to schedule your trial class!
We accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
ALL students must have an active credit card on file!
Once you have registered, Danceline LA will continue to charge the card on file for each session payment. If you wish to make a payment in a different form, please notify the front desk or email email@example.com.
There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
We will prorate class fees for dancers that register/enroll in the middle of the session.
If your child wishes to ADD or DROP a class after the start of the season, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. If no notification is given when dropping classes, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE TUITION PAYMENT.
All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
There will be a $25.00 charge on any late payments.
A $30.00 registration fee will apply to any new or reoccurring student at Danceline LA when beginning a new season.
RECITAL & COSTUME FEES
There will be a recital performance fee and costume fee for each dancer participating in our annual recital. These fees are due at the same time as session 4 tuition payments.
MAKE UP POLICY
If a dancer misses their scheduled class for any reason, they may make it up at any other class they choose as long as it is in the students current level. All dancers will have until the end of our season to make their classes up AS LONG as they are still registered. All dancers are responsible for keeping track of their own missed classes.
*It is the student's responsibility to make up the classes they have missed.
*If your class falls on Labor Day or Memorial Day you need to make up your class.
Note: All other studio closings are not charged for!
*Dancers can make up any class they are registered for in any OTHER class at their appropriate Level.

* Sessions Payments– Families pay for 9 classes per session. Some sessions may run longer due to holidays.
